Aaron Blake, President and Christina Davis, Vice President, Reworks, Inc.

Reworks Inc. was established in 1998 as a development and design/build company incorporating innovative, healthy design with sustainable practices for constructing new buildings and renovating existing buildings. We are interested in experimenting with new, “green” materials and systems that reduce material consumption, incorporate recycling, and create highly energy efficient buildings.

Aaron Blake, president of Reworks Inc. is a graduate of the University of Oregon Architecture program and a general contractor. He works together with his wife Christina Davis, the vice-president and business manager for Reworks to design and create healthy, comfortable and attractive spaces for living and working.

 

Stanley Penkin, Penkin Associates, LLC.

Stanley Penkin is a graduate civil engineer with a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University. His past experience includes heading a general contracting company in New York. Having moved to the Portland area five years ago, he and his wife Susanne formed Penkin Associates, LLC with the intent of developing sustainable, community oriented projects in Portland. He continues to maintain his involvement in building single family housing projects in the New York area.
